I can’t install and use Disqus on my WordPress site

    Hi,

    Can you please help me?

    I can’t install and use Disqus on my website.

    For example, now the plugin is already installed, but no comment area is displayed, as you can see below:

    Also, I have problems when accessing the plugin administration and reinstallation.

    As soon as I access Disqus link from my WP dashboard, I find the error below:

    There was an error fetching sync status.

    And, if I try to reinstall the plugin, it provides me that URL. When I try to access it, the below error happens:

    “code “rest_no_route”
    message “Nenhuma rota foi encontrada que corresponde com o URL e o método de requisição”
    data
    status 404″

    I’m not being able to use Disqus. My webhost provider said me that everything is fine on the server side. I use PHP 7.3 and WordPress 5.2.3.
