I can’t install a local wordpress multi-site on Wamp

    Hello,
    When I want to install a local multi-site wordpress in Wamp I get the error message “Error: You cannot install a network of sites with your server address” please see this capture. Changing the port number to 8080 does not solve the problem.
    I can’t continue with the installation. What can I do?
