    Hello,

    I probably do everything work but i cant get this plugin to work on my localhost.
    I made a product page to test it out. The product price is €0,00 so i can test it out.
    When ever i purchase myself, it never sends the licenses keys to the email adress i have filled in when checking out.

    What have i done?
    . Manually created licenses keys (because that is how i gonna use this plugin when my site goes live)
    – Created a product page. And turned on > Virtual. (Now i have Virtual & downloadable on to see if that worked)

    License manager settings on product page

    . Sell license keys: Sell license keys for this product (turned on)
    . Sell from stock: Sell license keys from available stock. (turned on)

    The thing is it shows the following thing beneath it:
    Available: 0 License key (s) in stock and available for sale

    (Maybe is this causing the problem because i have added 11 keys manually)

    In the settings of License manager i have everything on default. Only thing i changed is i changed “Define the delivery of the license key” to “In progress” to see if it worked this way.

    When i check my order in the Woo-commerce menu and click on it, It shows me this:
    “error during status change. license keys are invalid.”

    Hi Milan,

    when you created licenses, did you address the licenses to be used with the product?

    I have learnt that first create the product, after that create the licenses with addressing those to the product created earlier and after that managing the product to be sold from stock.

    Hey Smaatta, i didnt know i had to do that. Thank you very much for you help, I have now changed it and it works now in some way. When you order you will see the License key on the page after you ordered. But i did not got it send trough my email.

    Do you know what i have to do to change that?

    Milan,

    check that 1) in License Manager…Settings…General there is selected “Automatic delivery” (second) and 2) …Settings…Order Status there is selected “Order completed” (fourth). I am not sure about the english wording in settings because I have translations on, but you’ll find those. And yes you should have selected “Virtual” and “Downloadable”, which Woocommerce automatically changes the order status complete.

    Hey Smaatta,

    No problem i have the same, have to translate it. I have changed it to virtual & downloadable and that works fine

    but some how no mail will be send. Maybe its is because i am on a localhost (WAMP).
    But thanks again for your help. Hope you or someone else can help me with this issue.

    thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

    Have you configured any outgoing mailserver for your WordPress instance? If you haven’t you won’t be able to send any emails on localhost with WAMP out of the box.

    There is a great plugin which can help you configure your SMTP server:

    I use that one myself and recommend it.
