    I upgraded to pro a few days ago.
    I sent an email because “Unload on this page” doesn’t work for my custom post type.
    When can I get an answer?

    @luvjapan just so you know, the ticket you have sent ~3 days ago has been received and it’s been prioritized. You’ll get a reply as soon as possible. Thanks for the reminder! The problem will be solved!
