I can't get my password?

I got my laptop stolen which had my password and a link to the page in which I entered the information for wordpress. I don’t know my username either because I just clicked the link to get to the logon page and used an admin username.

I have my blog at my own site which is at http://www.constructonomics.com/blog.

I can’t get in to write on my blog. Can anyone help?
