Hi, Please help me! I’ve completely lost access to my whole website.I installed the plugin and now can’t get into my own website admin. I have read the other posts and the FAQs and this makes no sense to me at all as I don’t see how I can get into these files if I have no access? I thought the plugin would hide the log in so others could not get into it, not that I couldn’t get into it myself.

    Please help!
    Thanks in advance
    Sharon

  • Hi, try typing this code at the end of your URL, it should do the trick :

    http://www.exemple.com/%77%70%2D%6C%6F%67%69%6E.%70%68%70

    Hello.

I installed this add-on but didn’t had the chance to set the URL i prefer.I was logout and now I can’t find the login page and I am locked out.

I tried to use the link of …/%77%70%2D%6C%6F%67%69%6E.%70%68%70 but this not working. I get referred to the url of …/wp-login.php it is a 404 page.

Any ideas how can I find the login right URL or how to create it using the c-panel maybe?

    Thank you.

I have read somewhere that the reset foldername can be removed via ftp in order to regain the wp-admin access; but, now that I go to look for it, I can’t find it.
    Where will it be, please?
    Greg
