I can’t get into my admin now

Hi there, I followed the instructions for set up yesterday and set the site to temporarily redirect to another site. I was doing just fine until this morning when my admin area refreshed and now I can’t get into the backend/admin of the original site (linked above) because it is redirecting to the new site I set it to (https://kristenarnett.com) From what I read in the plugin notes it was supposed to redirect all pages, but exclude my admin access page. Can you please help?
