I can't Find Plugin

Hello. My business WordPress is myaimglobalbiz.com/earnfivemilliononline. The version of my WordPress.org is 3.8.4 .It has Jetpack, but I can’t seem to find PLugin on the sidebar. I would just like to put metatag on it. Can anyone please help me. Thank you.
