I can't find how to move categories!

Hello, here is my question!

On the Profit Mag theme (that I upgraded) i can’t find anymore where is the section where i can move the disposition of the categories on my homepage.

For example i have categories: Vacation, Hometown, Coffeeshops

And i want them in different order on the page. I did before but i left my blog for 6 months so now i forgot how to do it…

I added “offerte del giorno” category, but i can’t repeat it many times on the page.

P.s. if you can also help me to remove the section where i have a sushi picture now, i would be very grateful!!!
