I cant find a collapsible, heirarchial link widget m'bob anywhere!

Building a site for someone who is complaining that the links device is too unwieldy.

They want to be able make multiple categories with a heirarchy in their links so the list is not crazy long… but I havent been able to find a working plugin for this…anyone?
