Проблема не в теме а в плагине W3 Total Cache. После отключения удалось поставить имя. После активации имя пропадает опять.
The problem is not in the theme, and the plugin “W3 Total Cache”. After disabling the plugin, I managed to put the name. After activation, the name disappears again.
