[Resolved] I can't embed my own external page into WordPress Page

Can I not embed my own page vs public websites like YouTube? The plugin says it can “embed content from external page”.
I have a current WordPress form (http://www.ternion.com/flames-runtime-suite-request-form) and we want to use another external form instead (http://www.ternion.com/forms/eers/form.html), since it’s nicer looking and I can caption IP/Location info (not sure how to do this in WP form).
I’d like to embed this external form into the existing/modified webpage (w/o current form fields) but it’s not working.
I’m working on a test site and it’s still in Draft mode, but what am I doing wrong?
I tried both iframe and embed:
    [iframe src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/A3PDXmYoF5U” width=”100%” height=”480″]
    [embed]http://www.ternion.com/forms/eers/form.html[/embed]

[iframe] shortcode could embed any external page (if it not blocked by its author).

[embed] sortcode could only embed content from oEmbed list.
