Hello, please help me to solve this problem. I can’t create Google Ads account on step 4 complete your campaign from Google Listing and Ads.

It looks like you are experiencing issues related to the Google Ads account, correct?

Are you seeing any error messages on your end, or what exactly are you experiencing? A screenshot of what you are encountering may be helpful.

If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

WC Version: 8.4.0
WC Database Version: 3.3.3

In the meantime, checking your System Status Report, I am able to see that the site’s WooCommerce Database version is very outdated and does not match the WooCommerce core version.

Please update your WooCommerce Database to match the core version in order to ensure optimal functionality. This can be done via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.

There is a message like this “Unable to create Google Ads account. Please try again later” when I create a new Google Ads account. Then when I refresh the page, it automatically connect to account 0.

Just to clarify, is the same email address being used on your Jetpack, WordPress.com, and Google Listings and Ads?

I am asking because Google Listings & Ads will require you to connect your site with WordPress.com, which you can read more about below:

If this looks good, we have seen this error resolved before by either overwriting the claim on your site’s Google Merchant Center account or disconnecting from Google Merchant Center entirely and reconnecting.

Please navigate to https://pianocenter.tiepthitute.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page and select the Claim Overwrite option:

Please then try reconnecting.

Disconnecting & Reconnecting

If the above doesn’t work, then from the same page (https://pianocenter.tiepthitute.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page) please try disconnecting and start the onboarding process with Google Listings & Ads from the beginning:

I’ve done all of the above but still can’t create a Google account. I kept the listing and ads in step 4 for a while and after returning, I could create a new Google Ads account. However, another website of mine also has the same problem of not being able to create a Google Ads account like this website. I also repeated the above steps but no longer successful

Yes, I used another email to create an account for the website https://maylockhi.tiepthitute.com/. After doing all of the above and waiting about 30 minutes, I still cannot create a Google Ads account. I also tried using multiple websites and emails to create Google Ads accounts in listings and ads during multiple times of the day. Sometimes it’s successful, but sometimes it’s not. So I don’t know where this problem comes from, because my site is almost similar

After doing all of the above and waiting about 30 minutes, I still cannot create a Google Ads account. I also tried using multiple websites and emails to create Google Ads accounts in listings and ads during multiple times of the day. Sometimes it’s successful, but sometimes it’s not.

Creating this many accounts is only going to add to the confusion. Let’s focus on one Google account and one website. I suggest deleting any accounts you are not using.

Once this has been done, please navigate to your setting page at yoursite.com/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

Click the ‘MC Disconnect’ and ‘Disconnect Google Account’ button.

You should now be able to restart the onboarding process and authenticate your accounts again.

Please make sure you are logged into the correct Google account when going through these steps.

Please also ensure you country is not restricted from using the Google Merchant Center.

I’d like to ask you to navigate to your setting page again: yoursite.com/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

When you are there, get the Merchant ID, add it to the MC ID field and click the Setup button:
