    Hello.

    I want to use QUIC Cloud.

    I got domain key, next, Go to “Visit My Dashboard on QUIC.cloud” button,
    created my account but I can´t add domain. This is the image::: https://prnt.sc/yf13yl
    My WP domain is not linking to QUIC platform

    Please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Hello.

    well, I created a new different account for QUIC.Cloud but I dont know why uses the email above.

    Now I have access with my old mail, and it seems pretty well, but when I go to
    [6]Settings >> to change my server IP (I see my old hosting IP server)
    so wif I try to change it, I get this error:

    Failed to validate IP: Callback return code is 404 more info

    In the “More Info” link I followed recommendations and all steps are OK,

    I get this messagge after using mysite.com/?rest_route=/litespeed/v1/token

    {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method.”,”data”:{“status”:404}}

    and according to Quic.Cloud docs it seems ok.

    Hello.

    I asked to my Hosting,,, and it was XXXXXXXXXX.72

    I typed this IP in WP >> LiteSpeed
    and automatically filled QUIC. Is correct working Now.

    THe new problem I see is: before addding QUIC and after using it, I have the same page speed in GTmetrix, and in both cases I have the same notification:

    I have addded CNAME to domain.

    In WordPress, I have used Image Optimization option, in https://my.quic.cloud/ I have used a quota of 2%.

    from your screenshot , image optm and CDN are both working

    which domain is that ? please provide me again the report number corresponding to that screenshots of yours.

    yeah they seem to be working in my.QUIC.cloud

    But in all page speed test that I´ve been running, they say “Consider using CDN” showing all my images with some LiteSpeed files.

    Here details about setup LiteSpeed and my domain.

    now , please double check that you have correctly set up the DNS record to the given CNAME ?

    no…

    if you are using cPanel , then this won’t work , cPanel does not allow CNAME on root domain

    you will need to change the DNS provider to QUIC cloud DNS
