    Hi there!
    I have a problem. I installed the mycred plugin and when I go to setup, I can’t continue, showing the message: “You don’t have permition to access to this page”

    The URL show: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mycred

    Thank you for contacting us, If you have any security plugin installed can you please try deactivating it?

    Hi @wpexpertssupportteam,

    I’m using WP CERBER, but I can’t deactivate because I use it. Do you know how to configurate it? or what other way do I have to solve it?

    Hi @artifox,

    You can temporarily deactivate the plugin once you have completed the setup for myCred you can activate it again.

    Hi @wpexpertssupportteam,

    I deactivate all my plugins and keep the same problem.
    I was using WP CERBER and WP Hide & Security Enhancer at the same time. Could this affect?
