What does that mean specifically that it won’t let you click the button? Is the button not there? Are you able to click the button, but nothing happens when you do? Does it work for images or other video types? What browser are you using? Does it work in other browsers? Can you enable your browser’s Developer Console and tell me if you see any error messages?

The button is ‘greyed out’. It doesn’t work for Youtube or FLV. It is greyed out in Chrome and Firefox. There are no errors in Developer Console.
The plugin doesn’t work with YouTube videos. You don’t need a plugin to embed YouTube videos in WordPress, you can just paste the URL into the post edit window. http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds
Are you using the “Embed Video from URL” tab? Is this video not in your Media Library?
BTW, if you are using the Embed Video from URL tab, you might need to switch your Console to the media-upload.php iframe in order to see any errors.

That’s all I could find.. There was another error ‘uncaught exception’ but it disappeared.
It’s hard to say for sure, but it seems like it might be another plugin that’s generating an error, which then disables all the necessary JavaScript for my plugin. If it’s feasible, try disabling as many other plugins as possible.
how can i embed videos in this plugin i want to know how can i use this plugin what do u mean by local hosting u mean local file upload transfer or what can u give me some explanation regarding with this matter i m suffering to add mine videos in my website i uploaded some videos in daily motion and embed into my website but the picture quality of the videos s very poor i was searching for right plugin hopfully u can give me right explanation
