I can't change theme…

    Hi,
    I have wordpress 4.4.2 with twenty fourteen Theme, I try to change the theme with other free but the answer is:
    “si tenta di fare i furbi eh? – Non sei autorizzato a modificare l’aspetto di questo sito.”
    (you try to be sly huh? – You are not authorized to change the look of this site)
    If I proceed with install theme I recive a Balnk screeen.
    Someone can help me?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
