I can’t change the sidebar’s color.
-
Folks, I have the Astra Pro and Astra theme. (I can’t send a Pro support ticket). As I showed in the photos, I changed the sidebar background color to green, but it resulted in a weird look. The background turned green, but everything that comes with the widgets is still white. Where is this white border coming from, and why isn’t that part, which should be the main background color, turning green and instead staying white? Does anyone have any information on this?

Hi,
If you want the background color of the sidebar to also be the background color of the widgets, then simply add this css rule in “Customize >> Additional css rules” :
.ast-separate-container.ast-two-container #secondary .widget {background-color: unset;}Hey, it really worked, thank you so much.
Glad it helped you out !
I’ve the free Version of Astra Theme, so I can’t set the backgrund color of the sidebar widget, as indicated.
With the CSS I could define the backgrund color of the different elements of the sidebar widget. I still didn’t have a solotion for the distances between the elements, see homepage: https://www.archiv.songtrain.ch/chor-und-band/
