    Hi @claraexs,

    This should all work in the free version. Could you explain: “On the other hand, I would like to introduce a legal text with a requered checkbok, ¿This option is it available in the pro version?” a bit further?

    Regarding Google Analytics. What did you configure in Complianz, under wizard – consent – statistics?

    regards Aert

    Hi @claraexs,

    Checkbox on Contact Form

    I hope I understand your initial question correctly, regarding the Privacy Policy checkbox. Complianz can add such a checkbox to your Contact Forms (as long as you’re using a supported plugin, such as WPForms, Gravity Forms) when you enable the purpose “Contact – Through phone, mail, email and/or webforms” (under Wizard > General > Purpose). On the “Security & Consent” step, it will then ask to add a checkbox to those forms.

    Analytics

    I see that one Google Analytics implementation (for the UA tag) is being correctly blocked on your site as a result of using Complianz, this seems to be the Conversio implementation.

    However, you also use Google Tag Manager on the site and load Analytics with it, so it looks like the Analytics tag in your GTM container does not wait for consent at the moment.

    So, you can use the Complianz Custom Events in Tag Manager to fire tags based on consent. As when you fire the Analytics tag on a trigger such as “All Pages”, it will not wait for consent.

    You can download and import our Tag Manager container by following the steps in this article, which contains the Complianz custom events: https://complianz.io/importing-tag-manager-container/

    And then you can set the Firing Trigger of the Analytics tag (and other tags you want to wait for consent on a specific category) to one of these Custom Events.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello again. I tested the implentation in Google Tag Manager, but there arent changes about the analytics code.

    I have tried to deactivate the plugins that I have working for google analytics and when I deactivate the tatvic conversios.io one, your plugin works correctly.

    Is there anything else you can think of that I can try?

    Hi @claraexs,

    Could you post a screenshot of your settings, like this? https://snipboard.io/W9iqP1.jpg

    This way I’ll be able to reproduce.

    I have two websites with the same problem. In both when I deactivate conversios.io, your plugin works well.

    In the first one, I have this configuration:

    In the second one website. I think that the settings are the same:

    If you need something more, the wesites are extensionessur.com and extensionate.com. However in a third web, dhhairextnesions.com works without problem.

    Thanks so much for your patience and understanding

    Hi @claraexs,

    Let’s start with extensionessur.com. It has:

    Pixel Manager for WooCommerce
    GTM4WP
    Conversios.io
    Complianz
    Custom GTAG.js for AW-***

    I’d like to start with the following. I would guess both Pixel Manager for WooCommerce and Conversios.io do the same thing. If one plugin can be disabled without losing information, this would be best.

    If not, you can try the following and let me know:

    For Conversios you can disable adding the gtag.js and move it to Google Tag Manager, if not already. This would remove duplicates and easier to control with Complianz.

    In the source I also see:

    <script>
      window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
      function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
      gtag('js', new Date());

      gtag('config', 'AW-992***46');
    </script>

    This can be moved to GTM as well. Here’s the guide to set-up Tag Manager and Complianz – https://complianz.io/definitive-guide-to-tag-manager-and-complianz/

    Let me know if you need any help, regards Aert
