I can’t apply change settings in the theme

    Hi.

    I tried to customize the theme, but I coudn’t save my settings.
    I just could save my widgets in the footer in the page of widget. But all change in the theme settings page didn’t saved.

    What can be wrong?

    I found a reason.

    I have a wordpress version 5.0.10  and PHP version 5.2.17.
    Ih the other site where the wordpress version is 5.0.4 and I can’t open the setting page of the theme.

    I decided to change language and all has done!
    the language was russian and I changed it to English and then I can change all settings what I want!

    The problem is resolved (localization don’t work)!
