• Hello,

I’ve been using Block editor (Gutenberg) for a few months. When I add some words like /etc or uname -a in a post, I get the following error while I save the post:

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

I run a blog related to Linux, I have to add these words (i.e. Linux commands) often in my posts. I couldn’t save or update the post that contains these two words. Anyone else having the same problem?

If I add the same words via Classic editor I don’t have any issues and I can able to save the changes. Someone please help to fix this issue.

Does your host use mod_security or similar solutions which are filtering POST and other requests?
    Maybe other kind of filters?

I am using “All in one WP Security” plugin. I have enabled the default and recommended settings only. Does this plugin cause the problem?

Anyone please help me to solve the issue. I am unable to update or create new posts that contain words such as /etc and uname -a etc.
