  • Hi,

What browser are you using now? Which version?

Does it work if you use a different browser or update your browser to the most current version?
You can download the latest version of each browser here:
    http://browsehappy.com/

Try also clearing your browser cache:

If that doesn’t work, try disabling your plugins. You can turn them back on one by one to see which plugin is causing the issue.

    Hope that helps!

Thank you for your help. I have the latest version of both Chrome & Google. I have cleared the cache and disables plugins but still is not working. I cannot do anything with my website in this situation. Is there anything else I can do?

    Many thanks.

There are a few other things not working either. I have to update to see changes and the pages are not displaying properly in my dashboard. Add media is not working either. Thanks. If I had known about these incompatabilities I would not have upgraded! There was no warning about these problems with 4.0! Is it possible to downgrade as everything was working well with 3.9. Thanks.
