I can’t access to my web, wp-admin and cpanel

I need help. Recently, my web is not working, my wp-admin is not working and my cpanel neither.

I don’t know how can I access. Please, I need help.

Is possible that if I changed the servers but I didn’t change it in the options of cpanel, this would be the cause of this problem? If this was the problem, I should be access to my cpanel, right?
