I can't access site…SQL Access Denied?

    Hello,
    I helped my friend create this site. She recently went looking in her file manager for something and now we are seeing this when we go to her URL:
    “Warning : mysql_connect (): Access denied for user ‘78156_0 usr1 ‘@ ‘192 .168.43.19’. (using password: YES) in / webspace/12/78156/ushmidosaja.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1147
    Error establishing the database connection
    This either means that the username and password information in the file wp-config.php file is incorrect or the database server is localhost is unreachable.”

    “Are you sure that the username and password are correct?
    Are you sure that the name of the database server right?
    Are you sure that the database server is running?
    If you’re not sure what it is, contact your hoster best. If you still need help, you can easily at any time to the support forum ( s ) apply.”

    I’ve recommended that she first connect with her hosting provider, but do you know what could be the root of the problem (a certain file that is missing or corrupted?).

    Any help is so greatly appreciated!

    That pretty much says it all.

    Yea, thank you.
    I assume it’s the later and am having my friend contact her hosting provider (cuz it’s all in German) but I wanted to see if (perhaps) there was some further explanation of what that means that could be shared.

    The most likely cause is an error in the database connection details, yes.
