Thanks for the reply Barnez but after i try to login it send me back to the page with password form

Are you sure you are using the correct login details: username and password

You have a link to issue a new password to your registered email address if you think the one you are using may be incorrect:

thanks again mate but the login works .
there’s wordpress admin bar on the website but all the links on the bar redirect to that password form page

Sounds odd. You will need to do some troubleshooting to rule out the conflict of a plugin or theme with your current version of WordPress. For this you would need to access your site files either through an FTP client such as Filezilla, or through the file manager in cPanel (your host may well have given you login details for this). If you can access your site files through either of these routes, then you would need to navigate to wp-content/plugins and rename this directory to wp-content/plugins.hold (this will deactivate all your plugins). If this does not allow you normal access, then also switch to the default WordPress theme by changing wp-content/themes/{your theme} to wp-content/themes/{your theme}.hold. Then try and access. If either/both of these methods resolves the issue then it is a case of reactivating the plugins/theme one by one until you find the conflicting one.

tried to disable the plugins didn’t fix it .
looks like there’s a code redirect to this page, after inspecting the page i found this code and i have no idea where it came from or how to remove it

    <mytubeelement id="myTubeRelayElementToPage" event="preferencesUpdated" data="{"bundle":{"label_delimitor":":","percentage":"%","smart_buffer":"Smart Buffer","start_playing_when_buffered":"Start playing when

Kindly activate the default theme and check the issue.

done that still getting that page with password form

So to be clear, with ALL the plugins deactivated AND using the default WordPress theme you still have this redirect issue when you try to login? If not, then please try again making sure that both troubleshooting steps have been taken.

If you are still seeing this issue then maybe there is some kind of redirection in your .htaccess file which you will find in the same directory as your wp-admin and wp-content directories (in cPanel you may have to enable show hidden files to see it). Could you copy and post the content here inside code tags.

after renaming the theme folder the website turned into white page :/
so i had to activate the old theme again .
our wordpress installed on virtual server running ubuntu i don’t have .htaccess

I see. You could try manually downloading the stock Twenty Fifteen theme manually, unzipping it and uploading the theme folder to the /wp-content/themes/ directory. Then try renaming your existing theme folder so that WordPress uses the Twenty Fifteen theme.

If that doesn’t help, take a backup of your site as it is. Next download a fresh version of WordPress, delete all your existing WordPress files and directories EXCEPT the wp-content directory and the wp-config.php file. Then upload all the fresh WordPress files and directories EXCEPT the wp-content directory and the wp-config.php file.
