• I logged into my website yesterday (www.wikibylaw.co.uk) I noticed some plugins needed updating, I pressed the update button but as soon as that was finished it logged me out. when I tried to log in again I got a message saying HTTP 500 Error.

now when I type in my web address into the browser I get this response…

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/sites/wikibylaw.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/videowhisper-live-streaming-integration/videowhisper_streaming.php on line 4023

Could someone help with this as this is a paid wordpress site used for my business and I cant afford for it to be down.

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/videowhisper-live-streaming-integration folder
