I Can't Access My Old Blog After Wrong Forwarding Page

    Hi,
    I was mistakenly forwarding my opt-in page to my blog website and when I tried to access my blog through WordPress, it became my opt-in page.
    Then I removed the forwarding process in my Domain but now what is left on my blog is a blank (completely blank). I can’t even access my customization.
