I cant access admin panel

    When I try to log onto my WordPress blog’s admin panel. I get this error message:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/encorepu/public_html/encorecafe/wp-content/plugins/csv-viewer/csv_viewer.php:104) in /home2/encorepu/public_html/encorecafe/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890

    The site is working, the public can view the blog, but I can’t get to the admin panel.
