I cannot use the streaming url of sites that do not have an SSL certificate

The site in the link does not have an SSL certificate so the stream url does not work.
stream url : http://canli.radyoa.anadolu.edu.tr:44445/Radyo_A_MP3https wordpress sites should have a setting option in order to use stream url from http sites.
