# i cannot Upgrade

 * I’ve deleted the old files
    copied the 2.8.4 ones put all my login data into 
   wp-config.php

    on Server mis10.de
 * but i get the following, but i think that all is done right
    what i did wrong?
 * Error establishing a database connection
    This either means that the username
   and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t 
   contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database
   server is down.
 * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    Are you sure that you
   have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running?

 * You didn’t have to overwrite the wp-config.php file. Just upload the fresh 2.8.4
   files. When you reentered the database information into the wp-config.php file,
   you must have mistyped something. WordPress is having trouble finding the database.
   Check your wp-config.php file carefully.
