I cannot see the page numbers in my shop

I can see that you’re using the Products by Category block on that page. At the moment, you’re not really able to add pagination using that block. If you’re interested, it has been a topic of discussion before, here:

As an alternative, instead of using blocks, you can use the default category page:
https://contentforfoodbloggers.com/product-category/plr/

Or else, if you want to keep it in a regular page, the block could be replaced with a Products shortcode.
The following shortcode should do the job:
[products category=28 columns=6 limit=24 paginate=true]
