I cannot post to the support forum of my own plugin

Hi,
I would like to reply in a timely fashion to posts related to my own plugin.
Whenever I post an answer to a question, my post is moved to moderation an stays there for hours or days.
I understand the need for moderation, but when replying to questions related to our own plugin, I would like to reply fast and without moderation.
Is that possible?

It appears that the spam filter thought you were tasty today. (They are a mystery.) I unspammed your reply, deleted the duplicate you posted about an hour later, and unspammed this post.
