I cannot post comments to my own blog

At some point today I list the ability to post comments to my own blog. Every time I try to respond to commenters, I get a message saying “Sorry, you can only post a new comment once every 15 seconds. Slow down cowboy.”

Hiliarious.

Also, it is somehow tied in with the fact that at the same time that started happening, the comments that other people make are showing up at the wrong times.

Everything seems to be set correctly. Has this happened to anyone else?
