• Hi,

I cannot access my wp-admin-page, it shows blank. And when I try to log-in via login-php, I got a login-screen, but when trying to login, I get this error message:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

Now wp-login redirects me to the homepage, dont ask me why. I tried rename themes and plugin-folders – nothing changed.

    Any suggestions?

    If that helps:

Weird enough my page stays blank when I leave out the www in the url, with it shows perfectly right. This did not happen before….

    Using /wp-login page stays blank
using /wp-login.php I get a log-in screen with the cookies error:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

Using wp-admin or /wp-admin.php page stays blank.

    Hi,

Did this happen right after some new updates or adding custom code or new plugin by any chance? Cam you share the url of your page? Your site itself is still online?

I think it happened after I updated my theme. But I have no real clue, could be anything else…

Since changing the name of the themes folder didn’t do anything, it might not be the theme…

Maybe it has something to do with the permalinks?

    This URL works: http://www.iso500.de/?page_id=45610
This doesn’t: http://iso500.de/?page_id=45610 (but did before)

    URL: http://www.iso500.de

    Hi,

Not sure what you had before, but there’s something wrong with the permalinks.
I suppose you have set them to nice clean looking url’s like http://iso500.de/rome instead of http://iso500.de/?page_id=45610 ?

Wonder why there is a question mark when I visit for example this page:
    http://www.iso500.de/?portfolio=one-week-in-new-york-city

You might want to ask support from your theme “uncode”.
If you know how to access your files using ftp or your cPanel, you could try overwriting the theme with the prevoious version. If it was the update, things might get back to normal.

However, always have a backup to revert back to, do you have backups so you can revert back to before this happened?

I think a narrowed down the problem.

renaming Plugins and themes – no change

Uploaded all wordpressfiles from a new download – execpt the file wp-config and the folder wp-content – no change

Does it mean it must be inside the wp-config?

    Hi,

Have you tried reverting back to previous theme version ( not renaming it ):

Maybe you have found this one:

I think its something in your theme, please contact theme autors for help.
