# I cannot login

 * I cannot log into my WordPress account. Several hours ago I tried to transfer
   the website domain name to NationBuilder and I was subsequently logged out and
   cannot sign back in! I tried to reset the password and I am not receiving any
   email and my email address isn’t recognised.
 * I have had to make a new account to make this post so I cannot contact WordPress
   as a paid user.
 * I cannot find a contact number or direct email address for WordPress in the UK.
   This is incredibly frustrating!!

 * When trying to change the URL, it also messed up the theme.

 * So the nameserver settings look rather strange:

 * Where is the site hosted? If you have changed the domain name nameservers, you
   will not be able to login to your old site. (That’s how domain names work – not
   specific to WP). Are you trying to move the site?

 * I am trying to move to domain-name to NationBuilder with a completely different
   design.
 * What do you mean by “hosted”?
 * Should I change the name server back to the original to WordPress one?

 * How did you find out that I could log in through there? And I tried to log in
   but it didn’t work and I haven’t received a password reset.

 * Oh okay. That’s the address that I changed it to, thinking that’s how I changed
   the domain.
