I Cannot Log Into My Site! KINDLY RESPOND

Would you KINDLY respond to some of the open questions here, including this one? I was working on my site and had to reboot. Now, I can’t log into my site to continue working. I’ve been using this plugin for several months but this hasn’t happened before. What now?? PLEASE RESPOND AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
