Try re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

i have a similar problem. I changed my theme. Afterwards, I cannot log in anymore nor see my site. When I go to the wp-admin, I only read “The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.rcald.org/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.”

Please help! Thank you so much.
