I Cannot Get Onto My Site!

    I changed my site url on my site before all this mishap.

    Sounds like that could be the issue. There are instructions for several methods of changing your site urls back to the correct settings located here: Changing The Site URL. Please read carefully before deciding which method will be best for you.

    Or maybe there is a way to refresh everything and start new??

    To start fresh, just delete all the tables in your WordPress database and re-run the install routine at your_domain_name.com/wp-admin/install.php

    Im in my database. Not sure, still, if I’m in the right place. Im using phpMyAdmin and have found my database. Am I in the right place? I have located the tables but I’m not sure how to delete them since there is no “delete” option. I can export, empty, drop, check, repair..etc.

    You can access your database through your hosting account control panel. If you have questions about using the tools your host provides for database administration, (usually phpMyAdmin , or something similar) you should consult their new user FAQ and support documentation for tutorials and tips on getting started with the features located in your control panel.
