I cannot add a new plugin

    Our team has developed a new CAPTCHA plugin – KeyCAPTCHA
    And I tried a few times to add this plugin at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/

    But every time I get an error message (“Your attempt to do this has failed”) without any additional comments.

    I used the following values of the fields:
    Plugin Name:
    KeyCAPTCHA

    Plugin Description:
