I see the trouble. The WordPress app uses XML-RPC to communicate with your site, but access to that file is being limited. I see a block showing after 5 requests. That would keep the app from being able to upload your post for you.
Can you contact your web host and check to see if they’re blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC? That’s usually the cause of such issues.
Thank you for contacting our technical support department. I would like to inform you that, from our side, there is no block in xml-rpc. On checking this ( xml-rpc.php ) it seems to be in your httpdocs folder.

Okay! If your host isn’t limiting connections then you’ll want to take a look at your plugins.
To check whether a plugin is causing the conflict with the app, you can try deactivating all the plugins on your self-hosted site then connecting to the app to see whether that fixes the issue.
