I can see some files in Cpanel but not on the website

Hi,

In order to get a shining effect on the logo with .js files I arranged related files and uploaded them with Cpanel.

Although I enqueued the related scripts in functions.php while reloading the page those scripts cannot be loaeded. When I delve into problem I understood that I cannot access the root those files are in. It is here: http://ozgunbilgi.com.tr/wp-content/themes/oceanwp-child/js/ When I look at the upper folder http://ozgunbilgi.com.tr/wp-content/themes/oceanwp-child/ mozzilla shows its content but js folder is not there although I can see the folder in Cpanel.

Additional note: When I inspect the page the console shows those scripts could not be loaded.
