I dont have hotlink protection enabled, im hosting through hostgator (dont think that matters)
I uploaded a photo I took to my wordpress media library
    http://www.nonstopneil.com
then set it as my header
it says the change has been made and it shows up when Im logged in the admin panel viewing the site but otherwise doesnt show up
The way the picture should be of a vineyard but its currently of a chess board.

ALSO I added google adsense ads and a toolbar (using the html code google gave me and using the text boxes on the appearance widgets screen) and they show up when logged in but not otherwise. I know it takes awhile for google to approve me BUT i thought they were supposed to show up as blank space, which they do if im logged in but not otherwise.

    Thanks in advance

I remember something like this happening when I had created a file through the dashboard in WordPress.

It was only loading once I had logged in.

I resolved it by removing it from the dashboard and creating it within the directories of WordPress.
