    Hello,
We have a product and recently we received an email from noreply@wordpress.org about someone who post something on our support section.
    The email tell:
    “tortechnocom wrote:

    Hello,

    …….

    Post Link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/list-label-not-print-title/#post-10135747

    ———–

The problem is that if I go to that link I can not see his message.
    How is that possible?
WHat can I do to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advance
    REgards,

    *Looks*

In that topic you asked for login credentials. Later on I’ll go back and remove that topic as well as any asks from you like that. Never do that again, OK?

    OK! I’ve time now. 😉

Two things: you do not have any clients here. Not a single one. You have free users of your plugin. It’s an important difference.

You see, you cannot support your customers here. That’s not permitted and when those topics are found then they are closed.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

You can support your free users. That will always be allowed.

The second thing: you cannot ask anyone to provide you with login credentials, even to a test or development site. That’s not permitted and plugin authors who make that ask risk getting into real trouble in these forums.

I went into your post on that closed topic and redacted your ask. I’ll also review and redact any other asks you may have made too.

That topic was closed after someone else jumped onto the topic. If they need support then they can raise their own support topic.

Edit: Also? Lose the signatures in these forums. That isn’t permitted here.
