• Hi there.

I am the third person in charge of managing this site, and since I am a beginner in website management, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

I am using Elementor to build an inquiry form, and while it is set to send submissions to a specific email address, the emails are not being delivered. However, all the submissions are appearing in the Elementor submissions section.

After researching possible solutions, I installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin, which allowed some emails to be delivered, but not all of them. Could you please help me understand what the issue might be and how I can resolve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • WP Mail SMTP is often a very good solution for these situations. You should ask their support forum why it doesn’t always work: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-mail-smtp/

There are a few things you can do. One is to use the SMPT plugin which then means that you end up using an external email address to send email. This can work as long as the external mail is setup right and has all the correct DNS entries like DMARC DKIM SPF and so on. The other option you can look at is to use a mail relay service. You’d still use an external email but it will relay through trusted IPs and you’ll not have deliverability issues.
