I can not enter in my wp-admin area or login

    hello all
    im in problem and i tried for 5 hours ago to solve it but i failed
    anyway , when i enter my admin area on this my website
    http://www.idealbodyweights.com/wp-admin
    site told me this message ” WordPress Logins Temporarily Disabled “
    i tried to do anything but i did not even know what`s the problem
    note : it`s the 1st time for me about building website
    so please learn me step by step , im sorry for disturbing you all
    please help me , im waiting for answer

    Due to the recent brute force attacks on WordPress sites, some web hosts are disabling the wp-login.php file temporarily.
