I can not add my IP to the White Access-List

Hey, folks,
WP-cerber is great but I have 1 problem
I can’t add my IP to the white access list.
I had wp-Cerber 1x installed but always had login problems, so I reset and reinstalled wp-cerber-reses. zip first. That didn’t help.
That’s why I uninstalled everything and deleted the databases to cerber and then reinstalled everything.
Now I can’t add my own IP to the White Access list or it won’t appear in the white-list.
What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
