I can no longer Save any AMP Plugin options on all my websites

    Hi,
    I have been using your great plugin for quite a while very successfully.

    Suddenly, I am not able to save any options in the plugin anymore. I have the plugin installed on 3 websites, all are giving the same symptoms.

    whenever I click “Save Changes” on ANY screen of your plugin , i get a popup window saying: “there was a problem with your action. please try again or reload the page.”

    I keep reloading and refreshing and nothing can get me to save it.I turned off ALL other plugins and CDN. I tried on a test platform that does not have any caching.
    Still can’t save any options.

    I noticed a similar problem on this post, but I could not find a solution:

    Can you please advise what’s happening to the plugin and how I can save options now?

    Hi @coptic-treasures

    It’s strange. Do you have WP_Debug enabled from the wp-config.php? If so, then turn it off.

    Thanks for the response.

    I sent an email to the contact us form now. I dont’ have wp_debug turned on.
    I can also see in the console a 404 error in the admin-ajax when I click “save changes”. this happens only with the AMP plugin. all other plugins save properly.

    I want to give a very good testimonial too. but I need to regain control on the plugin so I can save the changes.

    This is extremly strange. Can you also provide some screenshots?

    I sent the login credentials as per Sayed’s request on 17/12/2017, but still have not heard back from your team since then.
    can you please advise what more information you require from me to solve the issue?

    Hi,
    I found out that the cause was from mod_security module. the plugin triggers a rule in it, so i disabled that rule.
