I Can No Longer Access My WP Admin on MY Web browser:

    Hi there:
    I am having a new problem. I can no longer access my WP admin page, through my web browser. The problem started yesterday, and I don’t understand what has gone wrong. When I activate the link to the panel on my web browser, the page does not open although it appears on the screen. Infact when I make the attempt, the web browser gets shut down, and I have to shut down the computer outright and start it again. I use the latest version of firefox. I’ve never had any problem with the page and the browser before now. I’ve checked my website, and it is okay: there are no problems there. For now, I cannot do any work on the site.
    So, someone should please help me understand what has gone wrong, and what I can do to resolve the problem.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    This issue has been resolved by my host company.
