    Running multisite on 5.3.2

I can upload plugin files with an SFTP client and then activate them in admin just fine, but if I try to install a plugin as a super admin using the backend “Add New” plugin page, I just get “Installation failed: Could not create directory”. This is running on Linux with SE Linux enabled and even disabling that hasn’t worked.

When I change FS_method to “ssh2” I get “The ssh2 PHP extension is not available.” I’ve also tried all sorts of permissions on /plugins/ and /uploads/, nothing seems to work.

    Anyone else encounter this?

    Thanks.
