    I can access through the url: wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post

    And what is the problem? What have you changed, active in the settings? If you have access to this post type, you should have access to this edit of Posts. That’s the default of WP.

    Sorry, I did not explain it right.
    I blocked access to edit.php but it is accessible by edit.php?post_type=post. I need to block access to the post.

    Ok, you have right. The plugin check the slug for each menu item.
    You can add this to the custom rules to block this url also like edit.php
